Samsonite Warranty Service
We process manufacturer warranty requests for Samsonite only. For other brands, you may use our General Luggage Repair enquiry. This does not mean we process that brand’s manufacturer warranty claim.
Warranty coverage cannot be determined online. Luggage must be dropped off for a physical examination to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. There is no charge for the warranty examination. Please allow up to one week for the examination to be completed.
Starting an enquiry does not mean warranty coverage has been approved. We will contact you after the examination or if additional information is required.
To start an enquiry, email your full name, email address, phone number, street address, city, province and postal code, with a clear photo of the identification tag inside the luggage. You can take a photo with your phone or attach an existing image. A receipt, purchase date, purchase location and damage photos are not required for this initial enquiry.
