Can I order online?

Can I collect an online order or arrange delivery?

Online pickup and delivery are not currently available at checkout. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

What is your return policy?

New, unused merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required. We do not offer cash or card refunds for change of mind. Read the full return policy.

Do you repair luggage?

Yes. We are an authorized Samsonite repair centre. We process manufacturer warranty requests for Samsonite only. General repair enquiries for other brands do not constitute a manufacturer warranty claim. Read about repairs and warranty assessments, and contact us for the repair drop-off location.

Which size should I choose?

Compare carry-on, medium and large luggage. Always check your airline’s allowance before travelling.
